Come join us at Saudé Creek Vineyards, Lanexa, VA for a 1.5 hour filled class of cheese and charcuterie board making! Occurring 2 times monthly Sept through Dec!

If you tried our beginners class with basic board placement tips and tricks, you will want to join this class for a more advanced take on board making! You don’t have to take a beginners class to join us though! You will be slicing cheeses using different types of cheese knives. You will learn how to fold and manipulate different types of salami. Additionally, you will be carving fruit into intricate flowers. There are some specialty classes on some of the dates which will focus on a certain styling techniques (those will be marked).

All ingredients and materials provided as well as a glass of Saudé Creek Vineyards’ wine. This class is perfect for a date day, girls day out or for someone who is looking to brush up their boarding skills for hosting! After the class, you can enjoy your creation right in the beautiful vineyard grounds! Tickets are limited and first come first serve.
